program DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this program (6 modules) is to help startups understand the strategic competitiveness of the technology, analyze and understand the competitive environment, assess the attractiveness of the industry, and isolate potential sources of competitive advantage and disadvantage. 

The focus will be from a customer perspective to develop their Business Case and Define what their Proof of Concept is via a Pilot. 

Work in close relationship with EUNIKE Ventures staff members and the Mentors through the entire program. 

The goal is to be Industry Pitch Ready for Energy Partners and seen as a key precursor to the EUNIKE Aviator Program to secure pilots.
